ZeusPaul --- I pose this question to you, and to the thread ..... what is the best method to have a movable h/d that I can take with me from machine to machine ? It seems that a selfpowered external box which would hook up with similar connections would be relatively easy to do. What I have in mind will need to be larger than a Jazz --- say 8 to 10 gigs or so ..... All the boxes I intend using this on will be such that I can install what ever type connection on each ... ie, no "friends or other outside" boxes, just mine .... any of my offices, home, wife's office, etc. Has anyone here tried this and if so can you advise me of any problem areas ? and give any pointers...... Nemer
