I was in the construction business for a
long time also. You can build 120 units a
day with prefab and modular construction.
I don't think they are talking about 3000
SQ FT split level homes. I imagine they are
talking about 3-5 room dingbat houses.
I was in Vegas when they built the Monte Carlo
Hotel and watched them put together 5 floors
of rooms a day and that was complete with pictures
on the wall. 6 Guys and 1 crane operator.
Modular is the only way to go.
As far as the land area goes I bet these houses
wont be sitting on 15k sf lots either.
