Tobin et al; I spoke with clement today. Let me outline the conversation in point form: -website on schedule -website enhancement (with interactivity) possibly next week -advertising will be directed toward targeted demographic using databases; magazine and internet billboard -plan to compete against buy.com etc by virtue of its unique entertainment-based concept -studios and labels have shown interest in celebrity interviews - discussions with both Canadian and U.S. distribution firms specializing in video/PC software and audio entertainment I can say that both these firms will be recognizable names when announced. -focussing on marketing and advertising -I asked about the float and was told that it was between 200,000 and 400,000 a couple of weeks ago. I got the impression Mr. Lau's focus is on company building and not "numbers" -the restricted stock cannot be traded for at least 1 year(possibly 2 (I am a bit fuzzy on this)),thereafter no more than 2% per month I can elaborate further if anything unclear.
