From the yahoo board: Just spoke to the VDAT man...The company is upbeat!! by: DR_ESS (34/M/New York, NY) 3094 of 3111 Analysts from all over the country have been clamoring to initiate coverage. Company anticipates being listed on the national market and forsees many new strategic partnerships and clients for the video viewer, some of which they hope to soon announce within a week or two. Insiders are buying shares, although as a group they only own 20%. Annual meeting, proxy, will be out shortly, company official assured me that it is a business as usual meeting, that there would be no alarming measures being put to vote. Company continues to stress content and the future use of their product and place on the net. This also applies to ednet (DNET). Most importantly they have no interest in selling out right now. I think we have a winner....I was really pumped up by the conversation.... PS the individual I spoke to was not an investor relations person, he was a generalist with a business background who seemed to understand that the name of the game was maximizing shareholder value..... >>>>>>>>>>>>>> I will contact Middleburg and Ass. or vdat tomorrow and confirm.
