Did you ever think that if IBM is serious about this field that they might snatch up NMGC? I wouldn't count on it...but it wouldn't surprise me a bit if someone made a play for NMGC down the road. The fundamentals are strong including revenue, earnings, and cash. Notebook growth rate is higher than overall PC market. New growth opportunities (DVD and digital camera's) are two of the fastest growing segments. *If* this company continues to execute as it has for the last two years over the next two years, the price will have to appreciate significantly from here. Biggest question mark (as always, IMO) is with management. My position is new (after doing my DD) and I have only listened to one earnings conference call. I was impressed by management's presentation and responses to questions. I know they were given high marks when they were a private semi. I assume going public hasn't diminished their abilities <gg>. If management is as good as they have appeared in dominating the notebook industry then this company could really take off. Notebook, DVD, digital cameras. These are three red hot industries. If they execute as well in the DVD and digital camera arenas as they have in the notebook business, how will that look on income statement <gg>.

I plan on watching this one for a long time, whether or not I hold a position. I currently have half a position....waiting to see what happens to establish the second half.
