Law, I agree with you 100%. I share your same thoughts and understand the importance of the unqualified opinion. I think the Rsys management realized something needed to be done and enlisted PW. I think the PW opinion is only positive for Rsys. BTW, what do you think about the CFO's previous stint at PW? I listened to the Rsys conference call the night before the big drop. Many of the questions at the beginning were about the inventory accounting methods. The questions were like, ok Mr. Turner, Im still trying to get a handle on how a product travels from Raw Material to Finished Goods, etc. To me the answers were vague. I guess you hit the nail on the head. The lawsuit. I want it to be dismissed, dropped, but not settled or lost. According to the recent Rsys press release, (I think)the trial would enter the discovery phase in February. I want to know what happens. Of course by then, the MM's will already know whats up and I'll have missed the run. Oh well, its hard for an honest person to win this game some times. :) Good Luck!! Jeff
