With only 3M shares out and a stock price this low, why are insiders not buying? Any amount of buying should push this stock up. (Look at the spike from a week or two ago) The SEC docs are unaudited and don't contain any footnotes, so they leave some unanswered questions. I bought a small position and I plan to hold it awhile and see if it gets to fair value ($1.00?), but I would like to see more volume and some insider buying before I buy more. C
