Steve, i went last year too...it was kinda disappointing...no one from the press was there...remember the empty table????...good coffee though...if i can get off of work i will to go too. COHU has already filed its proxy with SEC. i scanned thru it, nothing unusual. One thing that caught my eye was the notice of the year 2000 shareholder meeting and if anyone wanted to bring any issue to be voted on. I wonder if Franklin Resources will try some initiative to make COHU less conservative?
