Jing: I hope eBay is not so complacent as to believe that they don't have to be creative and aggressive. If they are not willing to try new things, they may as well exist on a staff of people who can keep the web site up and running. I sense that Amazon is a company with smarter, more creative and more aggressive management. Give them enough time, and ebay enough complacency, and the tables could turn. --Doug
