Jeff, Be careful with Zacks or any other reporting service. When they say updated at such and such a date it does not mean that the analyst has updated any projections. The analyst may have switched firms or may not even cover the stock anymore. I doubt these projections are worth much given the change of strategy for EFAX. This quarter they are incurring many costs that were not factored in due to these changes. I would suggest calling these analysts (Cowen and Prudential?) to check. I have seen companies in bankruptcy (chapter 13 with little left for the bondholder let alone the equity holder) with strong buy ratings from Zacks. Take Care, Joe
