I think that 27 -28 mil is the break even point. There is a lot of money in VM once you pay your fixed (somewhat) expenses. I don't expect them to lower R&D not sure about SG&A (it does seem just a little bit high, let's hope the new CFO can get a grip on expenses). I think that what is needed is additional sales volume. > 30 million for good returns. Company is to big to get by on 100 mil revenue anymore.
