SANTA MONICA, CALIF. (April 8) BUSINESS WIRE -April 8, 1999--Recovery
Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNET) has confirmed the completion of the
affiliation agreement with Caribbean Cable Co op, Ltd. The MSO will
begin to rollout Recovery Network programming in its systems later this
year.

On March 15, Recovery Network launched in Jefferson City, Missouri on
the Jefferson City Correctional Center's in-house cable system on a
24-hour basis to the 2,000 inmates of the facility. This deal marks the
network's entry into the prison systems in the US.

Also, the network announced its May 1 launch on the educational access
channel in Topeka, Kansas educational access channel reaching
approximately 30,000 homes in the city limits. Programming will air
from midnight to 8am daily.

William Moses, Chairman of the Board of Recovery Network, stated, "This
