High Speed Network in Colorado

OMAHA, Neb., April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- MFS Network Technologies (MFSNT),
a subsidiary of Able Telcom Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ABTE), has finalized
negotiations and executed an agreement with the Colorado Department of
Transportation to develop a fiber-optic communications infrastructure
that will run through the heart of the state, paralleling Colorado's
I-25 and I-70 highways. MFSNT previously announced the Colorado DOT
intent to award last December.

According to Stacy Jenkins, President of MFSNT, the completed contract
will launch construction of a nearly 800-route-mile, secure network
which will deliver high-speed digital voice, data and video
communications. The limited access, rights of way (ROW) network will
connect Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Grand Junction, Durango,
Craig and Alamosa. Additionally, MFSNT intends to provide connectivity
to several "off right-of-way" locations for the Colorado DOT, pushing
the available network miles to 1,200, representing a total potential
value to MFSNT of more than $150 million.
