Do we know who the CEO and officers are? Sure do. The CEO is Jesse Cohen. Many of us vividly remember him as "Cavalry", the name he used when he posted at SI. His partner is Mike Nichols ("former textile salesman"), who is also well known to SI regulars. Before he was suspended, one of his handles was "Big Dog". He appears to work chiefly as a front-runner for serious BB pump and dump promoters. Both had quite a presence on SI until fairly recently.
