I would think they are too busy with all those sales to usat. We all know that usat is busy also.
I mean usat is expanding it's " NETWORK " of lawsuits and investigations exponentially.
When usat changed it's name from SBB Inc. to the current USA.Talks.Com, Inc. on Aug. 3, 1998, it seems usat didn't have any lawsuits pending. Now, since 1 / 29 / 98 they have no less than six ( 6 ) lawsuits and one ( 1 ) SEC investigation pending . That type of growth is unheard of.
Some people are impatient and will not wait for this type of growth to reflect in usat's bottom line. I'm hanging around to see just how far and fast this could grow.

1 ) Has anyone found fcm's 10Q filing yet ??????
2 ) What is the status of the usat investigation " buy " the SEC ?????
3 )What is the status of the numerous usat lawsuits ?????
4 ) Will usat ever begin trading on the OTC BB again. You can no longer get a quote from Yahoo for usat, anyone know why, What happened ????? Take a look !!!

9 ) Is this new S-8 filing of 1,300,000 shares ( One million three hundred thousand shares ) in addition to the S-8 filing of 1 / 26 / 99 for 4,954,000 shares ( four million nine hundred fifty four thousand shares )????

11 ) Does anyone know where dana topping from Intrine.com fame is,( or was it Dannon Yogurt Topping, I have trouble with that darn name ). He was a supposed leader in the phone industry, wasn't he ???????? Someone with his credentials must be with some prominent phone company, does anyone know where or what company he's with ??????
12 ) Fnet's IPO, WHAT GIVES ?????? How's Sutro making out with the placements for the IPO. As of the last Q. report Sutro had placed $ 18,000.

14 ) Finally, does anyone know why the heck the stock price isn't at least $ 12.00 as was questioned by the CEO in one of his past messages, ( that message was quickly changed ) ???? I wonder if any of those 6,254,00 ( Six million two hundred fifty four thousand ) recently registered options would have been sold ???????? fcm is bucking the trend aren't they ??????
