I understand your concerns Harold. But you should also keep in mind that the company is based in NEW YORK, ACQUIRING beat up SE Asian firms, and SELLING to U.S. customers. Moreover, 95% of the garbage on the BBs don't even have a financial statement that will be delayed because they don't have a financial statement period. SETO reports to the SEC and consistently reports earnings and BTW, that report isn't late until May 1. TG
