Mike, What about the possibility that the new Pres./CEO Bergeron is buying up a chunk of stock? AND/OR Bergeron came from SunGard Data Systems ("NYSE:SDS") and based on the disappointing performance of that stock lately it is possible that Bergeron's former colleagues at SunGard are buying pieces of GEAC - as a sign of confidence in their ex-Group CEO Bergeron. He was extremely well respected throughout SunGard for his acquisition record and revenue producing tendancies. From what I understand - there is a strong chance both of these assumptions are correct. R.
