I'm not impressed with the hoax. I'm impressed with the reaction. When I first accessed the link, I was puzzled by the fact that the story was a half hour old, the market was open, and PAIR wasn't moving. Clue #2: If you linked to Bloomberg, you couldn't get back to the story from any link. Clue #3: The URL name. Besides not being Bloomberg's, how many news stories will you be able to post with a page title of "topfin.html"? Exactly one. What would they do when the next story comes out? What is impressive is that with most of this information available by 10am, the stock still traded up all day, on high volume. It's getting down to the overly efficient market, where you know that they know that you know that the story isn't true, and it's already built into the price; NOT!!! Now PAIR will probably be acquired, proving that the wise investor should "buy on the hoax, sell on the self fulfilled prophecy." jas
