Volume yesterday was reported as 174,000 or so. I went back to historic pricing (and volume) records, and this is the 3rd lowest volume figure in the last year, with only 1/11/99 (at 23,083 shares) and 5/7/98 (at 8,416 shares) lower. (And those two figures may even be errors; I don't have time to cross-check them right now.) Seems to me that one interpretation of the recent trading is that we are running out of people who are willing to sell at this price range. Only time will tell ... and probably not in time to save my Apr $5 calls, which I bought for $1.25. Other opinions? JSb.
