YES Richard. I spoke to Dan Gallagher who was recently appointed director and is responsible for Investor Relations. According to him NRV has taken care of the filing and the VSE sustaining fees. NRV's phone # is 604-527-7718. He told me that they will raise about $200,000.00 through a private placement and will also do a share for debt settlement. I guess someone didn't pay their bills. With these matters out of the way NRV will focus on the upcoming exploration season. Let's hope they're successfull.
