Don: My wife does NOT know it yet, but I have been sneaking out at night trying to collect some more underwear from next-door neighbors in order raise cash for this greatly under-valued gem we have on our hands. My wife even suggested that I should trade my Arabian horse for SEPR shares at these prices. Anyway, I see this decline this morning on very light volume as probably one of the last leg-downs and very constructive for the long term. The gap at $115 1/2 was filled this morning as I had predicted, and if I am reading the April '99 Options Open Interest correctly, I would guess that the MM will try to close SEPR at around the $128 area. Keep an eye on the over-head resistance of $123 5/8 and Good Luck. Mazen
