This stock is a bargain at 12cts bid. There is no speculative premium for the Las Catalinas property. Some impatience on the part of investors recently. The fundamentals have not changed; may have even improved. Gold prices aside, this property will have to make it on its own for stock price to rise significantly. Using gold prices as a crutch will go only so far.
