Provide some links to back up those numbers first. There are only 900,000 Kosovo Albanians.

It's a mistatement to say that NATO attempted diplomacy. They presented an unfair agreement and threatened force if Milosevic didn't sign UNCHANGED ? NATO should then have requested help from the U.N. to negotiate.
