Stephen: I was qualifying for the Platinum thing until last November. Their service started going down hill big time. I don't know how much money ETrade cost me because I could not execute timely trades, but I estimate over the last four months at least 100K. I would not recommend for anyone to trade using ETrade. If you manage to acquire a position, you may not be able to get out of it in a timely manner. Of course, for long term investing, what the heck. Regards, LG
