I was watching FLC yesterday, and tempted to sell. Then I pulled out the sheet I generate after researching a stock. The sheet lists my reasons for buying or selling. After reading it I concluded I should be buying more rather than selling. I have to generate those sheets. I tend to get emotional and need them to bring me to my senses when I am about to make a bad trade.
