Dear Mr. Hoggett,

Thank you for responding. It wasn't so much that I was impatient, I was just very concerned (as I expressed in my second email) about who had my credit card informtion. I almost cancelled that card yesterday. I waited until the end of the business day yesterday to post that message.

I can appreciate the logistics involved in moving. However, a simple
statement in the automated application response concerning possible
delays, a response to my emails, or an answering machine message
concerning temporary business disruptions would have alleviated my
concerns. It's very unsettling to give out credit card information and then have all attempts at communication end in dead silence.

I will post this message to the previous forum.
