Since you mentioned the 52-week high, I had to throw this in to the pot. When it last hit 46, NITE was still in the 40's. Since the last high, SWS's position in NITE has essentially doubled and added between $60-65 million to the war chest. I may end up eating my words, but I really feel this stock is just beginning its run. If EGRP and AMTD can trade at the levels they are today, than SWS should be worth, at the very least, half of their value. The last hour of trading today should be interesting.
