Did you see the GEM release... "the company is involved with various parties in the internet industry in the development of e-commerce Internet businesses and in the aquisition of a brokerage firm for the development of an online trading business" And they're doing all this without any cash!!! No wonder it's taking so long for JDX to make a deal... GEM already has everything locked up!
