No one seemed to be concerned the last time he sold some shares. I thought that he owned about 750K shares, so two 50K sells don't look like panic selling. Does anyone know if the board of directors has to file to buy shares or just to sell? Maybe he bought some at the 15 - 16 range and just wants to turn a quick profit to buy a 3rd house or something. Or maybe he is just selling this last years compensation and is still sitting on the rest of his nest egg.

Sandy: what is S3's policy on insider selling? Isn't there a short period of time once or twice a year for board members to buy and sell?
