In the middle of the chaos of the other news:

- Motley Fool moving from PrimeHost(AOL) to UUnet(MSN)
- Washington Post reporting that AOL is refusing to disclose subscriber numbers
- Class Action Stockholder Lawsuit

I would like to draw your attention to Edgar, where AOL has just filed an S-8, indicating that 3 million stock options are about to be exercised.

The S-3 has also been filed, for the registration of ~1 million shares from a number of AOL insiders (previously reported, but now on Edgar).

Another interesting provision is that AOL has amended their corporate bylaws to hold directors and managers harmless from claims of mismanagment (not exactly the correct wording, but that's the jist of it).

Cap'n - I can't hold 'er together much longer - she's gonna blow!
