CRAIG D. KAUFMAN, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

A co-founder of Kaufman Bros., L.P., Mr. Kaufman is a banker by practice while being a technologist and mathematician at heart. Mr. Kaufman drives the KBRO vision through entrepreneurial leadership and investment banking savvy.

Prior to KBRO, Mr. Kaufman co-founded Barrington Capital Group, a New York-based full-service investment bank, where he was Vice President of Corporate Finance and Vice President of Technology Research. His banking career began at Volpe, Welty and Co. where he served as a Senior Financial Analyst and MIS Manager. Earlier experience includes consulting at MK Global Ventures, a venture capital firm managing over $100 million; while there Mr. Kaufman prepared and evaluated business plans and operating strategies for
technology companies.

He received his MBA from New York University's Stern School of Management, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Emory University.

ROBERT J. KAUFMAN, Managing General Partner

Mr. Kaufman, a co-founder of KBRO with his brother Craig, manages the West Coast operations and provides a critical link to Silicon Valley. His venture banking background and extensive network within the venture capital and entrepreneurial communities is a key element of the KBRO strategy.

Before establishing KBRO, Mr. Kaufman was a Vice President and co-founder of the Special Markets Group at Imperial Bank in Silicon Valley. The Special Markets Group is a focused "venture banking" practice providing secured credit facilities, bridge loans, acquisition financing, and equity investments to venture capital-backed technology companies. Mr. Kaufman was also a key player in the financing of technology start-ups while working as an Assistant Vice President in Silicon Valley Bank's Technology Group, a leading nationwide technology banking practice.

Mr. Kaufman received his Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration from The Boston University School of Management.

MICHAEL S. MILLEA, ESQ., Managing Director, Investment Banking

Bringing with him a broad knowledge in valuations, privatization issues, private placements, corporate takeover litigation, leveraged buyouts, corporate restructuring and mergers & acquisitions, Mr. Millea offers a vast array of expertise to the firm.

Before KBRO, Mr. Millea was a Managing Director in charge of Mergers and
Acquisitions and Mezzanine Finance at Barington Capital Group, L.P. Much of Mr. Millea's experience was gained from being an independent consultant for Freeman Securities, Price Waterhouse Prague, Prudential-Bache Capital Funding, and Paine Webber, Inc. He also served in securities and corporate law, including takeover litigation, at Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays and Handler.

Mr. Millea received an M.B.A. in finance with distinction from the Wharton School, and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin.

YOUSSEF BENNANI, Vice President, Investment Banking

One of KBRO's founding members, Mr. Bennani's expertise in technology adds a valuable asset to the Corporate Finance team.

Previously, as an Associate for the Investment Banking department of Barington Capital, L.P., Mr. Bennani's responsibilities ranged from public and private capital financing transactions to general financial advisory for mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, acquisition financings, and recapitalizations for technology companies. Additionally, he served as MIS Manager for Francosteel Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of the world's second largest steel manufacturer. While there, Mr. Bennani planned, implemented, and managed global hardware and software systems for both local and wide-area networks.

With a Master's Degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris, as well as an M.B.A. in International Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, Mr. Bennani has the capacity to understand the technological, operational, and financial perspectives of technology companies.

TARAS M. KRAVEC, Managing Director, Private Client Group

Mr. Kravac's range of financial experience makes him well suited to lead the KBRO Private Client Group.

Prior to joining KBRO, Mr. Kravac was CEO of the FNK Capital Management Hedge Fund. Before FNK, he was the Vice President and Sales Manager at Americorp Financial Services where he held a broad range of responsibilities including the supervision and training of over 100 financial consultants; options principal and coordinator, making recommendations on options trading strategies and hedging techniques; and devising and implementing a portfolio diversification program. Before Americorp he was a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch, a Portfolio Manager at Griffin Capital Management, and Account Executive at Shearson Lehman Brothers, and a Member and Market Maker of the Chicago Board Options Exchange.

Mr. Kravac received his BS in Finance from the Ohio State University School of Business Administration.
