heinz blasnik and All: The DJI (Dow 30 Industrials) is breaking above the medium-term rising resistance line. (dark green line) This is a very important break to keep an eye on, as a significant breach could mean one of two things a medium term top or the break out for the rally that all the bulls have been calling for...this is no time to snooze!
