The Annual meeting is later this month. Even the Annual Report is likely being held back until the suit is finished. Likely Randy is holding off anything major until the suit is settled because it might have a bearing on the case. This is a high stakes poker game and he holds the best hand.

Four drills are still on Snap and one on Hilltop. You know that there has been time for more than one hole on Hilltop and still no announcement. He might have decided to wait until the Hilltop program is finished before any announcement, if the news can be kept secret all that time.

I expect Snap drilling to be slowed down by the cementing required before a drill moves. This is a sign that a mine is coming or they would not cement. I expect at least one drill on Snap to be looking for a source but they have a lot of drilling left to do.

All is well.
