To the keepers of the keys here - especially Uncle Frank::

While Cisco is the gorilla, how might LU and NT be treated?

Further on Lucent and Northern Telecom. The Chinese news puts these two potential kings and current princes in limelight.

Since I am new here would appreciate help on groundrules.

Are LU and/or NT eligible for inclusions in one of the lists which are contructed here for Gorillas and Kings. Neither is a gorilla IMO, or even necessarily a potential gorilla. The case for their royalty can be made I believe, and I have already tried to make that case initially.

My question, is, is royalty enough?

Both are cornerstones (twin bases) for a telecom equip portfolio IMO. That is why they were prominent in my Gorilla Game which has been on Mike Buckley's Fool's Library thread on AOL since May of last year.
