Is this is what is called "double standards". The Reverend Jim Kelley lectures us on COMPAQ's lack of transparency and manipulation of tax credits and other means of achieving profits, but doesn't like it when DELL gets criticised for boosting its profits by financial dealings.

It is interesting that Fleckenstein and Burke get so upset over DELL making 3.1 B with the sell of Put warrants.

Most people would applaud such an adroit move.

I guess it ruined the short positions. <vbg>
