Bought more GCHC @ 11/16, also see it as a great buying op. Trying to do some more DD on HRCT, but can't find any info on the deal for 90% of CIH with Cyber America. HRCT announced it, then it was disputed by the Chinese. Do you have a link to who exactly disputed it and if there has been further news. Thanks, Frank C.
