The quiet period extends for 25 calendar days from the IPO and applies to the analysts of the underwriting group only. Other analysts generally, but not always, do not issue recommendations until the underwriter analysts issue their reports. MINE completed its IPO on March 24 so the quiet period ends on April 18, a Sunday.
