Ralph consider the other way around.
MO buys international subsidiary of Proctor&Gamble,
then transfers(sells) international division of MO to nternational
company also owned by combination of (international Mo + international P&G) ...then sells to the spinfoff from Zurich which
previously was known ast BAT ,International. (don't know the
exact new name of BAT's tobacco international)....
something along these lines....wait this is not far fetched,
nor is it fantasy....now,
the magic...
the new international tobacco division ( of MO + BAT + ? )
form an aggreement with the state of North Carolina, directly
approach Gov. HUNT of NC, and says listen Gov. HUNT ,
we the international tobacco group will buy every bit of tobacco
you North Carolinians can grow, and we will all take it for
export only....!!!!! so....get it...N.C. gets jobs,
gets lots of jobs, farmers are back raising tobacco, money pouring
into NC. Tobacco(for export only) leaving for factories abroad.
imagination intelligience ! and "who dares, wins" !

sells Miller, sells Kraft....
now get it !!!
think about the substance of this.
