At this time point, the Reddy bros should seriously think about spinning off SRAMS to be independent, and spinning off all the other holdings to the shareholders. None of the corporate overhead is justified. If they could not come up with a viable product plan and company direction for the last 3 years, then it's time to just let it go.

But of course we all know that's not going to happen. Hence holding companies generally trade at substantial discount to its core value.

Sorry to be loyal longs, unless the Reddys turn into the Buffets .... it's over.
