Remember that tomorrow is the last day for Index funds to obtain their shares of BII. There will be a serious squeeze forcing the price upwards as they scramble to get their shares today and tomorrow. Once they've bought all they need, then it's anybody's ballgame as to where this price is going to go. Of course, not holding over the weekend would be very bad if Nasdaq was announced on Monday before open ;)

I've already noticed some very strong buying after the $32 opening with blocks of 10k-30k by a single order, even at fairly high prices like $31+. I would think that their intention is to force this as low as possible before tomorrow by trying to trip up peoples stop losses. It doesnt look like it's working because there's also a lot of extremely aggressive retail buying...
