These numbers speak to management's effectiveness, which doesn't look to hot from where I sit. If they have absolutely wonderful technology, sure, they might be a candidate for a buyout, but if I were buying such a company I would want to give the existing management the heave-ho in a heartbeat, which makes it that much harder to sell the company. When is the last time you heard of a hostile high-tech takeover? In case you are interested, the average (dollar weighted) numbers for the 11 companies I follow were an ROIC of 50.4%, and a CCC of 106 days. Sorry if this stuff puts you to sleep. TTFN, CTC
