OK. I'll agree with you. Let's follow the rules of International Law. After this "war" is over and Kosovo returns as a safe home for it's residents, let's have a trial and charge NATO with violation of International Law.

I am not an expert in International Law, but I'll bet that an expert exists that could probably find a technical exception that would absolve NATO.

You are declaring NATO guilty without a fair trial. If you agree with "innocent until proven guilty", you must afford NATO the same rights as any defendant.
