Amir, Merrill Lynch did not upgrade any of the network stocks, they just said they were over sold, which we all seem to know.:-) The only stock I have a Merrill Lynch target on is Cisco. Price target $85. All I am communicating is data, we can all use this data as we see fit. Joan
