Janice--Could you by chance post me a link with details of the default? I have been putting together what has happened through various posters references to it. I have been wracking my brain as to what we can do. I am not sure that we will be able to raise the entire 10 million through this auction. Despite as you have pointed out the trial transcripts are priceless. cOUSIN SHORTY deserves a lot of credit for jumping out to get something going for him.
