Try going to Edgar. Summit sold their centers to LCAV and hence their large holding of LCAV shares. The stock will need to be registered and a call to investor relations confirms they have no plans to sell it. I am long in both and if BEAM sold LCAV shares, it will have consequences on my LCAV holdings. Joe
