I find it very hard to believe that any half decent restaurant would only order $100 of bread a week, if they paid .50 a loaf that would be 200 loafs, most half decent restaurants have that many customers a day, and we haven't even talked about pies, pastries, and rolls.
MDMI sells GOURMET BAKED GOODS they cater to UPSCALE ESTABLISHMENTS which most likely pay UPSCALE PRICES
