It's always an "isolated" problem, affecting a "small" number of people and only "part" of their services.

I must be the World's most unlucky person.
EVERY time I see problems mentioned here, I'm blocked out.
And I'm always blocked out of my portfolio and trading.

What else is there that you'd really care about in a time sensitive manner?
