Lerxst- Not to beat a small horse to death, but I am pretty sure Bay never got above $41 7/8th(11/96 or 97, I believe) since the merger of WFLT/SNPX(after accounting for a split of 3/2). However, holders of SNPX shares are worse off than WFLT shareholders due to the merger ratio of .725 of SNPX vs. 1.00 shares of WFLT into the new Bay shares. However, that is water under the bridge; we are all one big (and finally now a happy?) family under NT. One reason I have never sold the bulk of my SNPX shares is I don't want to try to figure out my cost basis after all the splits and mergers. Today, it is a nice problem to have!
