Vaughn Rory came on board approximately 1 1/2 years ago, so he has had a fair amount of time to pour over all the exploration data accumulated and has had a chance to run his own exploration programs last summer. So he is a fairly recent addition to the management team. He is from RSA, and studied under John Gurney. A matter of fact he and John Gurney had a private consulting business up until he accepted the BHP presidency overlooking the Diamet project several years ago. Prior to this their consulting company helped find the Argyle mine in Australia, along with a couple of economic pipes in RSA. They are still very good friends, and talk frequently.
