Great post from yahoo board.

You're asking yourself the wrong question(s)...try asking yourself these questions and then decide whether to buy or not:

1. Has IDTC announced an IPO/spin-off of Net2Phone yet?

2. Has IDTC announced who the underwriters are for the Net2Phone IPO (that has yet to be announced)?

3. Has IDTC revealed who the Corporate Investors are yet?

4. Has IDTC revealed whether the Corporate Investor is going to be Softbank, AOL, Disney or some combination of all 3?

5. Has IDTC announced the Net2Phone deal with Prodigy yet?

6. Has IDTC announced the Click2Talk deal with IBM yet?

7. Has IDTC announced the Net2Phone deal with Go.Com yet?

8. Has the spin-off of Net2Phone (which hasn't been announced yet) been factored into IDTC's current price/earnings targets?

9. Have the analysts who downgraded IDTC 2 months ago upgraded IDTC yet?

10. Has IDTC unveiled their new mystery switch which is 2x as fast and costs 1/6 the price of current switches?

11. If the 90% marketshare of internet telephony that IDTC currently commands is good enough for Yahoo!, Netscape, Excite, IBM, Geocities, etc. etc. etc., then is it good enough for you?

12. Has the $.08 to $.10 earnings per share per quarter savings that will occur if/when Net2Phone is spun-off been factored into IDTC's current price?

OK, I think that's enough for now. I'm sure the longtime longs of this board can add many more questions to help you make your decision.

Best of luck in whatever you decide to do,

Rick
